Our Commitment To Your Privacy

Stanfield Capital Partners LLC (“Stanfield” or “we” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of its clients and the investors in its funds. Stanfield has policies in place to maintain the confidentiality and security of its customers' nonpublic personal information. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect from you and how we use that information to better serve you and your account.

Categories Of Information We May Collect
In the normal course of business, we may collect the following types of nonpublic personal information:

- Information you provide in the subscription documents and other forms (including name, address, income, tax and other financial-related information)

- Data about your transactions with us (such as the types of investments you have made and your account status)
- Information about you from information and consumer reporting agencies verifying your identity, employment or creditworthiness

How We Use Your Information That We Collect
We use personal information collected about you in order to furnish you with the superior service you have come to expect from us. We may use this information in order to develop, market, offer and deliver products and services, process transactions or to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

Any and all nonpublic personal information received by Stanfield with respect to our clients and fund investors, including the information provided in the subscription documents, will not be shared with non-affiliated third parties which are not service providers to either the fund or Stanfield without prior notice to such customers. In the normal course of business, we may disclose the kinds of nonpublic personal information listed above to non-affiliated third party service providers involved in servicing and administering products and services on our behalf. Such service providers include but are not limited to the funds' Administrators, custodians, prime brokers, auditors and legal advisors and the general partner, if applicable. Additionally, Stanfield may disclose such nonpublic personal information as required by law (such as to respond to a subpoena or regulatory request, to prepare tax reports, if applicable, or to prevent fraud).

This Privacy Policy applies to current and former customers. If you decide to terminate your relationship with Stanfield, its affiliates or any of the funds under their respective management, Stanfield will continue to adhere to this Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality and Security
Protecting sensitive customer information has always been a paramount concern at Stanfield, not only as a sound business practice but also as a cornerstone of our relationship with our customers. Internally, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our customers to those employees and agents who need to know that information in order to offer and provide products or services to you. We also use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

E-Mail
Should you send us questions or comments via e-mail, we will share your correspondence only with those employees or agents most capable of addressing your questions and concerns.
We will retain all written communication until we have provided you with a complete and satisfactory response. Ultimately, we will either discard the communication or archive it according to the requirements under applicable securities laws.
Please note that, unless expressly advised otherwise, our e-mail facilities do not provide a means for secure and private communications. Although we strive to keep client information confidential, from a technical standpoint, there is still a risk. Stanfield maintains a website at www.stanfieldcp.com. All of the same privacy safeguards described in this Privacy Policy will be deployed with respect to your privacy online. We use a variety of safeguards to maintain the security of your online session. Among other things, we will be using firewall barriers and authentication techniques.

When you visit Stanfield's site, our system may use devices known as “cookies” or other similar web tools, to verify your registration and password, to enable us to recognize you when you return to the site, or to collect technical and navigational information, such as computer browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited and time spent online. We intend to use this information to analyze and improve our web design and functionality.

There is always the possibility of unknowingly acquiring computer viruses on the Internet. We suggest that you make every effort to be aware of this possibility and to scan downloaded materials. We are not responsible or liable for any damage that may be caused by any such viruses.
