Mr. Hoffman joined Stanfield in 2004 as Assistant General Counsel.  In 2007, Mr. Hoffman assumed the role of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.  Mr. Hoffman oversees Stanfield’s legal and compliance division.  Prior to joining Stanfield, Mr. Hoffman had been an Associate with Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since 2000, concentrating on structured finance and derivatives.  Mr. Hoffman received a BA from the University of Vermont in 1996, and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2000.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
